Harbourfront Centre is inviting kids to the heart of Toronto’s waterfront for a summer of fun, creativity and learning. Harbourfront Centre is not affected by the current City of Toronto strike. All of Harbourfront Centre’s incredible summer events and programmes are taking place as scheduled. Harbourfront Centre is an innovative, non-profit cultural organization. It is not part of the City of Toronto operations.A spectacular summer awaits kids ages 4-17 at Harbourfront Centre, June 29-September 4, with over 35 exciting and diverse camps to choose from, along with convenient busing from 37 locations in the city of Toronto. Harbourfront Centre has built its reputation on a tradition of enriching the lives of children through diverse arts-based programming in the heart of Toronto’s waterfront with the best counsellors in the city. This summer, kids can experience the world of theatre, architecture, skateboarding and creative arts; make cool music by joining a band; discover the fascinating world of stories and creative writing; create dances; learn or improve chess and basketball skills; develop leadership skills; and much more. Camp fees vary.Harbourfront Centre Summer Camps take place over a one-week, two-week or four-week camp session from 9am-4pm, June 29-September 4, at 235 Queens Quay West. A supervised extended programme is offered every day from 7:30-9am and from 4-6pm ($65 per week). Busing is available from almost 40 stops throughout Toronto for the low cost of only $42 per week. A nutritious lunch option is also offered at a cost of $34 per week.
